Clients must verify all spelling and design details before production. Once a digital or physical proof is approved via WhatsApp or Email, Drona is not responsible for errors, and any re-printing will be charged to the client.
We use premium HP Latex technology for high-definition results. However, actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on a digital screen. 100% color matching is not guaranteed without a paid physical sample.
A 50% non-refundable advance is required to start any work. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery or before installation. If a project is cancelled after design or printing has started, the client is liable for costs incurred.
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by power outages, weather, or machine maintenance. Goods not collected within 30 days of completion may be disposed of to clear storage space.
Clients must provide safe site access and are responsible for obtaining all necessary local municipality permits for outdoor signage. Drona is not liable for damage caused by extreme weather or third-party interference after setup.
